Body memory 

Every trauma is recorded in the conscious memory and the mind overcomes it with a defense mechanism, repulsion.

But what about physical memory? The cells of our body write with their own ink all our experiences.

An ink indelible and unaffected by the defense mechanisms of the mind. 

The trauma is recorded in the body.

The body remembers…
